Cassandra is the second-generation owner of Hoon, Incorporated. While Cassandra oversees the day to day operations of the business and financial management of the company, she also regularly attends job progress meetings and has daily direct communication with job supervisors to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
She views it particularly important to maintain good communication with the project owner and/or their representatives to ensure continuity during the construction process. As a dedicated leader, she sets the tone for the overall company’s ethical standards for honesty, integrity and reliability. Cassandra is a Certified NAHB Green Builder and a REALTOR®
Jeff Bickley, Production Manager
Over 25 years of construction production experience. Jeff has diverse experience in the construction industry. He manages the day to day activities on the job by supervising various job foremen and he also interfaces between subcontractors to ensure continuity, quality of workmanship and maintain schedule. He also coordinates and schedules timely material and equipment deliveries.
Dustin Shaner, Job Foreman
Dustin is a Job Foreman at Hoon Incorporated with over 23 years of construction experience. Dustin brings a high level of integrity to all he does, working with a focus on craftsmanship and excellence while keeping the crew on schedule. Dustin also has a full wood shop and enjoys building cabinetry and furniture.
